Take a DEEP DIVE with Coach Tia on how to move your body to prevent injury, and get the most out of your fitness. You’ll learn how to lift and what you need to get started at Culture Fitness. We will cover the foundational movements so you can get 1-on-1 coaching BEFORE you get introduced to the class environment.
