What are we?
What we offer:
We are a gym that eliminates the most common reasons people don’t do strength and conditioning, or don’t enjoy the gym environments.
Our group classes here are fun, fast paced, structured, safe, and clean. Our members can always rely on a session to lift their mood, make them sweat, and leave wanting more no matter their background in fitness, or their personality type.
Why our experience is different:
Members can always expect the same class structure, but workouts will be slightly different each day. No matter what where you do your workout in the gym will be standardized to make sure you always have what you need.
What makes us truly different from many group fitness gyms is the layered coaching technique where coaches are trained to teach generally to the group and then to individualize the workout for each person second. I’ve always found that coaches teach to briefly during the group teaching and then forget to dial into the individual afterwards. Our coaches attention to individual detail is what gives our members a sense of security during their sessions.
If you’ve ever lifted before, you know form is very important. Form and proper movement are the pinnacle to all fitness. The coaching progressions our coaches teach from have been tested to explain complex movements in the simplest way and are streamlined to help get you moving GREAT in a matter of minutes. With that said, the coaching never ends and our coaches are prepared to help you always push that ceiling of potential higher.
Class Structure
Classes are 60 minutes long and packed with movement to keep your heart rate up. The first 10 minutes of class is a quick and general warm up to increase blood flow and target movement flaws. Prior to lifting we teach each lift using our progressions. We will spend 15-20 minutes lifting which can include a structured workout with a back squat, deadlift, bench press, clean, shoulder press, or snatch. We use weightlifting movements that are compounding and build strength for the whole body instead of their broken down isolated counterparts. Occasionally the strength will include a functional bodybuilding session like dumbbell rows, bicep curls, and lunges, just to name a few. Following the strength, the entire class will be briefed on the structure and movements for the conditioning which may include pull-ups, step-ups to a box, running, biking, rowing, or kettlebell swings, just to name a few. The workouts vary daily which brings a new and exciting element to our training, and builds a diverse and broad fitness ability.
Again, the experience includes great workouts but the experience we are focused on is building relationships with our members and making every single member feel important. Everyone has a unique ability and comes to us from different fitness backgrounds. We welcome all, and we love to show people that we meet ANYONE where they’re at and help them get where they want to go.
In my experience, member’s quit gyms like these because of the following complaints: “the coaching sucked”, and “the gym was dirty and unorganized”, and “I lost motivation and hit a plateau and just ended up quitting because it was no longer challenging me”, or “I didn’t feel like the coaches really knew me, or even cared.”
Our environment and level of standard will help these lost fitness enthusiasts find a place where they can restore all of those complaints as positive attributes and reasons they love their gym.
